Obese children murdered across US

The saying goes it takes a village to raise a child.  However, America seems to feel exempt from  the reality that taking the initiative to look out for another. Is it out of fear? Its it oblivion? Its ignorance, simply put. The child obesity predicament in this country has gone insane and for some reason its okay with enough people still that the predicament is swelling instead of dwindling.
Surely there are programs directed toward fresh organic produce,  but how many of them  are geared toward  especially lower income and socially disadvantaged children. How many are there at all? The more affluent the family of the  child is the more likely the  child will have nutritious  food, can  afford to be put into different programs that gear toward physical activity and will  go on to develop into a healthy functioning adult who will more likely than not be able to provide the same things for their children. “Overall, obesity prevalence among children whose adult head of household completed college was approximately half that of those whose adult head of household did not complete high school”. But what about the rest of  them?
Disadvantaged  children have the completely opposite reality. “There are significant racial and age disparities in obesity prevalence among children and adolescents.”There garbage cans have probably even began to regurgitate all the fastfood papers and leftovers from what they have  consumed. With a swarm of liquor stores and  little to no actual grocery stores anywhere, MacDonald seems pretty logical. With bills adding up to more than a minimum wage job paychecks, processed food will have to do. What's feasible and  what's not  feasible in their lives becomes a battle between life and death and the children get hit just as hard if not harder. It  should be an obligation to make sure children get the best if the . To let them suffer without it is like making  one's mind that their future and their families futures don't mean much  anything. Its also dooming their future to a  if suffering before they really get a chance to live their lives.
There are awful advertisements that don't say outright "eat candy, watch tv, and die 200 pounds overweight" but more than suggest it with the way they promote their product. Though thats what companies are suppose to do, they way  they do it could be  changed. In addition to a little more help on the parents part by putting more restraint on what their childs brain consumes as well.
In addition to the scarcity of quality food and advertisements, there are few families that know and understand the repercussion of the lives they live whether by choices they made or choices life made for them . Regardless, The more people know and have a better understanding of issues they face, the better they can overcome them. They need to be better educated on health related issues ranging from why too many snickers are  not good for you to the history and current factors playing a role in their health deprivation.
Who are we as a nation to kill off the next generation due to ignorance and greed. Its become more comforting to see disadvantaged kids die from obesity than to give them better food. It's become easier to deal with poor advertising than to educate children and their families on what is making them unhealthy. So what, if we, as adults who understand the outcome of our actions don't want to take responsibility for ourselves, but don't take it out on the kids.
